Fenner Dunlop introduces new X Series brand look: A bold, new aesthetic for our premium conveyor belt product line
Fenner Dunlop is excited to announce the rebranding of our premium X Series® conveyor belting products – UsFlex®, Nova-X® and Ultra X® (formerly Patriot X).
With sleek lines and vibrant colors, our new logos for the X Series family embody the innovation upon which these conveyor belts were developed. In addition, this redesign signifies our efforts to unify the Fenner Dunlop brand across our Americas and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) organizations for a seamless customer experience.

Ultra-economical for tough applications: Patriot X is now Ultra X
Alongside rebranding the X Series, we have transitioned to using the product name Ultra X, retiring the Patriot X name in our product offering. Ultra X is the ultra-economical X Series solution for light duty industrial applications, continuing the legacy established by the former Patriot X product line.
About the X Series family: Redefining Belt Strength
At Fenner Dunlop, we believe that thicker fabric carcasses with more plies do not necessarily equate to a stronger belt. Backed by extensive research and development, our X Series conveyor belts deliver unmatched strength and durability, crafted with optimal material efficiency.
Through intricate weaving and treating, our X Series conveyor belts are precisely engineered to withstand rip, tear, and impact damage, surpassing the longevity of traditional plied belts. By leveraging the inherent strength of the fabric, we eliminate the need for additional rubber skim layers in the belt’s construction.
The X Series was developed to solve the everyday challenges encountered by conveyor operators using traditional plied belting, specifically aiming to alleviate pain points such as premature damage. X Series belts provide unmatched load support and exceptional troughability, all while operating at equivalent tension ratings to traditional plied belting.
The X Series gives our end users the power to better manage their operations with maximum uptime, reduced need for replacement belts, enhanced productivity, and a lower total cost of ownership.
Meet the X Series family lineup:
- UsFlex (Straight-warp construction): Fenner Dunlop UsFlex is quite simply the toughest conveyor belt you will find. Its ultimate strength is derived from a cleverly engineered straight-warp fabric construction, a technology pioneered by Fenner Dunlop. UsFlex is the ideal choice for high-abuse and high-impact applications, such as conveyor belts under primary crushers. UsFlex is available as a single unit construction (440 PIW and up) and dual unit construction (660 PIW and up).
- Nova-X (Dual crimp construction*): Nova-X’s success is credited to its robust dual crimp fabric construction, which provides superior rip, tear, and impact performance compared to traditional two-ply and three-ply belt constructions. Nova-X also offers excellent fastener retention when vulcanization is not possible. Nova-X is the ideal choice for secondary & tertiary crushers, transfer points, overland conveyors, and general operational flow. Nova-X is available as a single unit construction (440 PIW – 600 PIW).
- Ultra X formerly known as Patriot X (Dual crimp construction*): Fenner Dunlop Ultra X offers a dual crimp weave for lighter applications and serves as the ultra-economical X Series solution, offering better value and longevity than typical plied belting. Ultra X is the ideal choice for movement of smaller and less sharp material with short drop heights. Ultra X is available as a single unit construction (275 PIW – 360 PIW).
