Fenner Dunlop profiles are molded and vulcanized in one continuous production process together with the base belt to form a single, homogenous belt structure.
A cover compound void of plasticizers to enable a better pull of materials that resist oils and stops belts from hardening and cracking. Our low extraction cover compound, Giant XE reduces durometer creep can tracking issues. This high durability recipe offers resistance to dedusting agents or hygroscopic materials. Plus it operates in extreme temperatures (a range of -40ºF to 200ºF).
ORP is also a great choice for this industry since it has superior resistance to materials containing high concentrations of fats and oils. It is recommended for use involving heavy exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons such as petroleum-based oily coke, benzol, and toluene.
