To help protect user privacy, we only allow limited access to another user’s contact information as necessary to fulfill any transactions made using the Website, including the collection of payments. Such access may include the other user(s)’ name, unique user ID, email address, and other contact information.
We are not responsible for protecting any information that you choose to share with third parties through the Services. We do not have control over how other users who have access to the Services, including areas not open to the general public, will use any content you share publicly or privately. Information Collected Automatically: When you interact with the Website, we automatically collect the following information about you:

The CCPA defines a “sale” as disclosing or making available personal information to a third-party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “sharing” broadly includes disclosing or making available personal information to a third party for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We will respond to verified requests received from California residents as required by law. When you submit a request to know or a request to delete, we will take steps to verify your identity by matching the information provided by you with the information we have in our records. You must provide all requested information so that we can process and verify your request. In some cases, we may request additional information in order to verify your request or where necessary to process your request. If we are unable to adequately verify a request, we will notify the requestor. Authorized agents may initiate a request on behalf of another individual by contacting us via email or phone; authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization, and we may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.
Requests to Opt Out. Our Website and App respond to global privacy control—or “GPC”—signals, which means that if we detect that your browser is communicating a GPC signal, we will process that as a request to opt that particular browser and device out of sales and sharing (i.e., via cookies and tracking tools) on our website. Note that if you come back to our website from a different device or use a different browser on the same device, you will need to opt out (or set GPC for) that browser and device as well. Incentives. We may make available certain programs or offerings that are considered “financial incentives” under the CCPA, and we will provide notice of the material terms of such incentives and obtain consent from individuals before including them in such incentive programs. Rights Under California Shine the Light Law. California residents may request from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship: (1) a list of categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties. Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
Residents of Brazil
Under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (“LGPD”), residents of Brazil have the right to receive confirmation any processing of their Personal Data and be able to request to receive information about the private and public entities with whom Fenner Dunlop, as the controller, shares their Personal Data.
If you are a resident of Brazil, you can assert these rights when you are requesting the right of access. You also have the right to ask for portability of your Personal Information to another service or product supplier; to object to the processing when data is processed unlawfully; and to request anonymization, blocking, and deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data. Where the processing of your personal information is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before your withdrawal.

Canadian privacy laws, including the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”), the Personal Information Protection Act, SBC 2003 c 63, in British Columbia, the Personal Information Protection Act, SA 2003 c P-6.5, in Alberta, and the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, CQLR c P-39-1 (“Quebec Private Sector Act”), in Quebec. “Personal Data” and “Personal Information” includes “personal information” as defined under those laws.

When Fenner Dunlop collects Personal Data belonging to Canadian (including Quebec) residents, it transfers that data to data centers in the United States. Residents of Mexico
For residents of Mexico, the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations provide the following rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (“ARCO Rights”) with respect to Fenner Dunlop’s handling of your personal information:
- The right to access your personal information and request explanations about how Fenner Dunlop uses it;
- The right to rectify your personal information if you believe it is outdated, incorrect, or incomplete;
- The right to cancel your data if you believe it is not used according to the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in Mexican data protection laws;
- The right to object to Fenner Dunlop’s processing of your data for certain purposes.

- Your identification or legal representation;
- A clear and precise description of the personal information related to the ARCO rights you wish to exercise and the rights you intend to exercise. You may include this in the body of the message or in a signed and scanned document with initials on each page.
Upon receiving your request, Fenner Dunlop will promptly respond with a confirmation of your request, a description of the action taken, and potentially a request for further information. You will then have 15 business days to reply. If there is no reply, Fenner Dunlop will consider the request complete. Please note that Fenner Dunlop may deny the exercise of ARCO Rights as allowed by law; a denial may be partial, in which case Fenner Dunlop will perform access, rectification, cancellation, or objection as applicable.
